California Forces Farmer To Pay $2.8 Million Fine For Plowing His Own Field

This farmer is facing an almost $3 million dollar fine for tending to his own property.

If someone tried to warn the world that environmentalism, the cult of global warming, the United Nations, and the insidious Agenda 21 were all connected and working against us, that someone would be sized for a straight jacket in PC America.

Still, that is precisely what is happening, and a farmer in California found out firsthand just how true it is.

John Duarte, according to The Free Beacon, purchased 450 acres near Modesto in 2012  and is currently being sued by an overreaching federal government “for plowing near areas the government considers to be ‘waters of the United States.’”

The man faces a $2.8 million dollar fine for tending to his own land.

Because this could set a terrible precedent and may work to bankrupt other independent farms, Duarte’s attorney Anthony Francois said, “The case is the first time that we’re aware of that says you need to get a (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) permit to plow to grow crops.”

The lawyer is with the libertarian-friendly Pacific Legal Foundation, a “nonprofit fights for private property rights and limited government,” USA Today reports.

Showing how those who’ve warned that food was to be used as a tool for control as powerful movements are made against Constitutional sovereignty, Francois warns, “We’re not going to produce much food under those kinds of regulations.”

This lawyer plans to fight for the rights of the farmer being bullied by big government.

That seems to have been the plan along. The president of Nestle’ said that even water is not a human right and had to back peddle his remarks as the drought that some allege that he worsened rages on.

Are we seeing something similar here?

The case heads to trial in August with the ever-restrictive U.S. government claiming “Duarte violated the Clean Water Act because he did not obtain a permit to work near the wetlands.

According to the Constitution, no such right exists for this to be the case.

The Beacon piece also writes that the lawyer said, “farmers plowing their fields are exempt from federal rules” and that the land was plowed only to a depth “of between 4 and 7 inches.”

Since such a depth wss a threat to nothing whatsoever, it is clear that the hand of NWO inspired government is seen here.

If the importance of this is doubted, be sure to check the groccery receipt during the next store visit.

We are paying for this madness every day!
