You will need a quarter cup of vinegar made of apple cider; one tablespoonful of garlic chopped finely; one tablespoonful of onion, again chopped finely; a saucepan, gauge pads with adhesive, and socks.

The vinegar should be boiled. Add the garlic and onion to the apple cider vinegar and let it be for over 10 mins. Remove the saucepan and allow the mixture to cool another 20 minutes. Wet the pads with the mixture but do not drench it. Take care that the adhesive does not get wet. Squeeze out the excess. Stick the pads to the sole of each foot at the center. Make sure the adhesive is in place. Wear socks over the pad. Go to bed and discard the pads first thing when you wake up.
